Dear teachers

I tried to write a sentence as below, but not sure if it's grammatical. Please advise if any edits and make it read better:

Mr. Stowell is a typical half-educated who is susceptible to any intellectual fad that he may use to demonstrates his superiority to the masses.

Regards

Holden

"Educated" is not a noun, so someone cannot be "a typical half-educated" as a noun phrase. It's a modifier.

Logically, if he's not very smart and not very educated, he doesn't have superiority to the masses, so he can't demonstrate it.
He may use a fad to try to demonstrate his self-perceived superiority, but he can't actually do it.

Please don't write in all bold. Thanks.

I am not a teacher.

He may be a semi-educated man but that doesn't say anything about his intelligence or possible intellectual superiority to the masses.

I wouldn't say that the fully- or over-educated are immune to intellectual fads either.
