Take a sit or have a sit.

Neither one.

Take a seat, or have a seat are both OK (if that's what you meant).

No, although there is nothing wrong with it.

'Please be seated' is more often used when addressing a large group of people, in an auditorium for instance, than it is for individuals.

I always think of a courtroom, e.g.:

Judge: “Please be seated.”
Bailiff: “Your honour, our first case is…”
