1. Take a very good care of yourself.
2. Take very good care of yourself.

Hi friends,

I am a little bit confused about these two sentences. Can I use article "a" or not?
What's your opinion about my above sentences?

Source: self made general question
Thank you

Do not use "a".
If you are confused, then remove the "very good" from the phrase, and you are left with "Take a care of yourself", which is more obviously wrong.
