Hello!

Are these sentences correct:

-
You can take out some money from (at) a bank.

-You can have a meal at/in a restaurant.

W

Take out money from (not at)
Have a meal at(or in) a restaurant (I would prefer 'in')

Take out money from (not at)
Have a meal at(or in) a restaurant (I would prefer 'in')
Thanks Sarat.

Can't we ever say: We can take out some money in a bank?

Thanks

I would say that it's technically possible to use the following:

We take money out of our bank account.
We take money out over the counter in a bank.
We take money out of an ATM at a bank.
I'm going to get some money from the ATM (though I wouldn't normally say from the bank).

I think it depends on the construction of a sentence:

I was in the bank, taking out some money....
