What is the meaning of "take the best of someone"?
Example:You are trying to take the best of me.:?:

To take advantage of a person's vulnerability or good qualities. Sometimes stated as "to get the best...."
 
You mean "abuse someone's weakness or abilities"?
 
You mean "abuse someone's weakness or abilities"?

"Abuse" might be a little strong in today's vernacular but it could work in some cases.
