Hi!
What is the exact meaning of "takeaway" in the following bold sentence?
The “takeaway” nature of mobile technology sways the debate in favor of technology.

Is "transportable" a synonym for it?
Thanks very much.

Where did you find that sentence?

In a book about mobile pedagogy. It is abour traditional instruction and new educational methods using mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets.

It looks like "transportable" would work. Please cite the title and author of the book.
