Hi..

I used to here when I telephone to the few Business organizations secretary talking..

Hi..IT'S Bob, how can I help you... so now my point is can we use "IT'S"?

Also can we use this word to a human? ex: It's a Cat, where it's going.. so on...

You could pick up the phone and say either:

"Hey, it's Bob."

or

"Hey, this is Bob."
 
Also can we use this word to a human? ex: It's a Cat, where it's going.. so on...

We don't normally use it for human beings, but on the phone we do say It's/This is Bob rather than I am Bob.
