A: Wow, I like your presentation.

[FONT=&#47569]I don't understand what "B" says. What does it mean?[/FONT]

that compliment (said by you to me ) means a lot to me because I value your opinion.
 
Or. . .

'Your compliment means a lot to me as you are usually very hard to please and don't often praise my work so highly.'

In the context you gave, those answers are absolutely right, but be careful using this expression because it is often heavily ironic.

For example:

A. "Wow, you look a mess today."
B. "That means a great deal, coming from you!"

B is saying here that A always looks a terrible mess, so his statement does not actually mean a great deal. This use normally comes as a response to a criticism.
