'That time' and 'at that time'

Hello, could you please tell me when I should use "at that time" and when "that time"? Sorry that I can not provide any examples because they seem similar.
 
Perhaps: "It was that time of day -- the time when the kids come home from school.

I think "at that time" would be used somewhat differently.
 
Can you work out what these sentences could mean?

Oh no, is it that time again?
Did I finally do it right that time?!
I think that time is actually just an illusion.
Do you remember that time at Glastonbury when we lost the van for three days?

Sorry I can't provide any context. I get confused by these two phrases.
If these phrases confuse you enough that you need to ask about them, you've obviously seen them used somewhere. Please provide an example of at least one of them.

If you don't have any examples, why are you confused? You can't be confused by something you can't remember.
