[At the end of the video] [source, 13:16-13:33]

The first phones that I'm gonna bring up are the iPhone 13 and the Galaxy S 22. And they’ve earn that spot. That's been it. Thanks for watching. Catch you guys, next one. Peace.

Why is the present perfect used? What does that mean? How about "that is it" or "that was it"?

a. That's been it.
b. That is it. [my version]
c. That was it. [my version]

I think that (b) and (c) could also work - (b) is a fixed phrase and (c) reminds us that the video practically ended. But what does the present perfect in (a) mean? Does it mean that that is all, from its begining until now (i.e., that is all of it)?

The common way of ending a recording is "That is it. Thanks for watching".
I think it is ambiguous whether it refers to the two brands of phone earning their spot or That's it (so much for the programme) for now."

"That's it!" and "That's all!" are the kinds of endings I would expect to see. "That's been it" seems a bit odd to me, but it makes him happy I guess.
