"That's us". Please explain meaning.

Please give the context. On a first reading it means "That is us."

Somebody says "Florida medical centre has made a mistake". Suppose I am an employee there and I hear it and say to that man "Thats us".

If somebody reads his name along with his friend's name on TV or watches himself along with his friend(or maybe I can use themselves) on TV and shouts "Thats us". Would that be fine?".

Yes, that's the meaning, and that's how you use it.
