In the "Grammar English in Use unit 70" is said that for "radio" we must use "the", I want question that must we use "the" for all cases ? is below sentence correct?
I've got the radio?

"I've got the radio" is a perfectly acceptable sentence but so is "I've got a radio". I will be very surprised if that book suggests you have to use "the" with "radio" every time you write/say it. That seems very unlikely and it's completely incorrect.
Are you sure that it doesn't say that you have to use it in a specific scenario, presumably the one given in the book?

I listen to the radio every day.
He watches the television twice a week. (Note that it's also possible to use no article there.)
I read the newspaper to find out the financial news.

If you are simply talking about the piece of equipment, "radio", then all the articles are possible.

I have a red radio.
There is a radio in this room. Can you see the radio?
I have owned six radios.
There were ten televisions and lots of radios in the shop window.
