Hello, could you please explain what this phrase means?
Thanks in advance.

Context:
Poor Unfortunate Souls, The Little Mermaid

If you want to cross the bridge, my sweet
You've got the pay the toll
Take a gulp and take a breath
And go ahead and sign the scroll
Flotsam, Jetsam, now I've got her, boys
The boss is on a roll
This poor unfortunate soul

Okay, thanks, but I still don't get it, who's the boss? Is it Ariel? Please explain.

No, the boss is the witch character, Ursula. Flotsam and Jetsam are her minions (the 'boys').

Have you seen the film? Did you not understand the story?

Here's a link to the song. Watch the whole scene again as you listen and see if you can understand what Ursula is trying to do.
