Are these sentences OK and do they convey the same meaning?
 
It is actually the box's contents that are fragile.
 
Would the following be more logical?

The box has dishes and glasses in it, which are really fragile.
There are dishes and glasses in the box, which are really fragile.
 
Perhaps:

Please be careful with this box. The contents are breakable.
 
The box contains fragile dishes and glasses.
