Why is 'the possibility' [STRIKE]is[/STRIKE] incorrect [STRIKE]answer[/STRIKE]?

"The possibility" has to be followed by of+gerund. You could say your job gives you the possibility of traveling, but not "the possibility to travel".

Note my correction above. Questions require subject-verb inversion.
