I want to say someone has a set of standards to make a decision. Can I use "criteria"?

Are these correct?

1. The criteria she has for choosing a job include salary, and the distance of the workplace from her house.

2. The criteria she has for choosing a country for emigration include the level of social welfare and also freedom.

3. The criteria she has for a good spouse are being rich and also being kind and tall.

4. The criteria they have for scoring the TOEFL exam are grammar, fluency and knowledge of vocabulary.

5. The criteria they have for hiring new employees include being punctual and being a good team player.

Let's take the last one first. Try:

The criteria they have for new hires are punctuality and the ability to work with others.

Now #4. Try:

The criteria they have for scoring the TOEFL exam are grammar, fluency and vocabulary.

#3.

The criteria she has for selecting a possible husband are wealth, kindness, and height.

#2

The criteria she has for choosing a country to move to include the level of of social services there and also the level of freedom the citizens enjoy.

#1

The criteria she has for choosing a job include salary and how close the workplace is to her house. (Or: how close the workplace is to where she lives.)

How many countries has she lived in? It's a weird sentence to me.

@alpacinou When you use "include" do you mean those things are being considered, but there are other things in the mix?

1. I only offered one option.
2. I now know I got it right.
