In what context do you want to use this sentence, @Kumarc?
Context: New employees or freshers may not know how to work in a professional way, so can we say this."Excellent training turns employees into professionals"?

I don't think "professional" is the word you are looking for. Perhaps:

We train our people well, so they are good at their jobs.

Excellent training helps underperfoming employees to become professionals/high-performing employees.
