The house price in Shenzhen is two times of Chongqing.

Almost but not quite. That "of Chongqing" doesn't work.

More likely:

- House prices in Shenzhen are two times Chongqing's.

- Houses in Shenzhen cost twice as much as in Chongqing.

- Houses in Shenzhen cost twice what they do in Chongqing.

- The price of a house in Shenzhen is twice what it is in Chongqing.
