I have two claims. There is a payment issue with the first one and "the issue is the same with the second one".

Is it correct to say "The issue is the same with the second one"?

Say that, or say that the second one has the same problem, or that the problem is the same with the second one.

Go for simplicity:

I have two claims with the same payment issue.

I am curious whether "The issue is the same with the second one" is grammatical or not?

The first two words of post #2 are "Say that ...". If it was ungrammatical, do you think Tarheel would have said that? If it was ungrammatical, don't you think I would have mentioned that in post #3?
