What is the meaning of would have most parents investigatedin the following sentence:

He was very accident-prone child with a particular talent for head injuries that would have most parents investigated these days!

The kind of injuries he sustained would lead, these days, to his parents being investigated on suspicion of causing physical abuse to their child.

No words have been deleted from the sentence. The word "most" here means what it usually means. "The majority of parents" or "A large number of parents, but not all parents".

NOT A TEACHER

If you don't know what a word means, look it up. See for example here most - Definition from Longman English Dictionary Online, #1.

In addition, starting a question with "I ask you..." is not a very polite way to ask a question. It almost seems like an order. A more polite way would be to say, "Could you please....".

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to be impolite.
I want to know what is the structure “would + have + noun + past participle” in this sentence .
Could you please explain about it?

Emsr2d explained the sentence very clearly in post #2.

Would + have + past particle presents a situation (investigation of most parents) that is likely to result if a particular condition (child has injuries) is met.

The passive might be confusing you here.

Authorities would have investigated most parents with children who had similar injuries (conditional part that leads to the use of "would") IF those injuries were seen in modern times.

In this sentence, is “most parents” subject of verb “investigate” or object?

Because it is the passive, it is the grammatical subject, but others are (or would be) investigating them.
