Statement: When the milk spilled out and splashed the floor.

The milk splashed all over the floor.
The milk went all over the floor.
The milk spilled all over the floor.


Statement: When the milk spilled out and splashed the floor, table, chair, cabinet.
The milk splashed all over everyway.
The milk went all over everyway.
The milk spilled all everyway.


Statement: When the milk spilled out and splashed on Amy.
The milk splashed all over her.
The milk went all over her.
The milk spilled all over her.
 
I can't speak for AmE users, but in BrE, "everyway" isn't used like this.

There is a difference between "the milk splashed on ..." and "the milk spilled/spilt all over ...".
 
No "everyway" here, either.
 
Over everything.
