Following is a narrative of someone who is having a seizure (epilepsy).
I do not understand the meaning of an underline sentence. Could any body explain in plain text for me?

the room around me was pulling away from me on all sides and the light inside it leaking out and the flow of time itself coagulated and straight out into a single lingering moment

It can't be explained in plain text. It's literary, and since it describes a weird experience that doesn't occur naturally, it would be difficult to describe it in natural terms. You don't need to make too much sense of it.
He felt the room he was in was pulling away from him.
He experienced the light leaking out of the room.
He felt the flow of time stopping, and then [words missing] time came out in a single moment.
