I would say - I will visit your office next Monday.

I would say - 2. I will visit your office next Monday.

#1 is possible only in very special circumstances - for example, in reply to the question, "When will you be able to visit me at Christmas, given that the office is closed on 25th and 26th December?"
#2 is normal for Monday of the week following the one in which we are speaking.

:up: The example of 'nearest' in a date that came to mind is the day that commemorates the end of The Great War: Remembrance Sunday - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia is the nearest Sunday to 11 Nov; I think that article says 'the Sunday nearest to ...' - they're both OK.
