2) The person who treats patients in alopathic line of treatment is called a doctor.

3) The person who treats patients in homeopathic line of treatment is called a homeopathy doctor.

Why didn't you use "method" for homeopathy?
 
Why didn't you use "method" for homeopathy?
Because they're called "homeopathic remedies" or simply "homeopathy". I wouldn't collocate it with "method".
