The sound 'ur' in 'water'

We don't have the sound 'ur' in our native language. I'm trying to produce it (I think I exaggerated a bit):

Your final attempt, when you used it as part of a question, was much better than any of the others. Bear in mind that in BrE, the "r" isn't pronounced. It sounds more like "wat-uh".
