[Grammar] the tire was puncutred/the tire went flat

When the tire/tyre of you car is/gets punctured.

The tire/tyre wasn't punctured.
The tire/tyire didn't get punctured.
The tire/tyre didn't go flat.

I am talking about the tire/tyre here. I am using it without car. Because we normally say, "My car has a flat tire/tyre".

Tell me about the grammatically correct usage, that is also natural.

They're all good. You can also say that it wasn't flat.
