The way of how "don't you" is pronounced

I can’t make out the way he is pronouncing "don't you".

I'm not sure what you're asking. Yes, he rushes it and it's not clear, though it is very natural to do that.
 
The "o" in "don't" sounds more like a short "u" (as in "fun") and he completely swallows the final "t". Consequently, it sounds (to me) more like a very fast "dun you". It seems to simply be the way he says it! Context makes it clear what he's actually saying. The first time I listened, I was a little surprised anyone had trouble with it but, after a bit of online research, I found that Joseph Kamyar hails from the same general area of the UK as I do, so it makes sense that I found it clear.
 
His enunciation is poor which doesn't help but in part that is a feature of his accent.

As I am also from Southern England I had no problem understanding him but dropping letters or even whole syllables from words is a feature of many accents from the region.
