1. The weather has changed a lot these days.
2. The weather changes a lot these days.
3. The weather is changing a lot these days.
Are the above sentences acceptable to native speakers?

Or:

The weather has been changing a lot lately.

Do you think the changes are permanent?

Then Teechar's suggestion hits the spot.

I have a feeling that sitifan is talking about climate-driven changes in the weather rather than the weather being changeable. The weather is different these days from how it was in the past.

Is that right, sitifan?

Dear Rando, It has been half a year since we last met. How are you doing? I heard from Grandpa that you will go back from Korea and join the BBQ party. Tina and I are so happy about your visit. We are planning to hold a music party to celebrate Grandpa’s 70th birthday on the same day. Below is our plan. We can go gift shopping on Friday night and prepare for the BBQ & Music party on Saturday afternoon. I know you are good at drums and piano. Can you help us with the music? By the way, the weather has changed a lot these days. Like today, it was sunny in the morning but rained in the afternoon. How about that in Seoul? I hope the weather could be nice here next Saturday. Then, we will be able to have a wonderful night. I can’t help laughing whenever I think of the surprise party for Grandpa. Mail me if you have any other ideas about it. See you next week in Taipei.

Abe: The weather sure is changeable lately.
Bob: What do you mean?
Abe: Well, yesterday it was sunny in the morning, but it rained in the afternoon.
Bob: You haven't lived here long, have you?
😊

That's why I asked. But Sitifan did say no, which suggests the changeability of weather.
