Hello.

Would you please tell me which one of the bold sentences fits the text?

Stressing that the stocks of beef and chicken meat amount to 25 and 50 thousand tons respectively,
the C.E.O of the company added that there are no shortages of the items for the New year OR there are enough stocks of beef and chicken meat to meet the demands of the New year.

Go with the second.

"Enough" is the same as "no shortage".
There is no need to repeat the "beeef and chicken meat" in the second bolded clause since continues as the same sentence.
