Yes, I've learned that 'inversion' happens in "There is ~ " sentences

For example:

The car is there -> There is a car (o) / There a car is. (o)

but there are some exceptions.

For example:

He is there -> There he is (o) / There is he (X)

......

Am I right?





Also, I wonder the same rule can be applied to "Here is ~ " sentences.
