"There's always a moment in which i listen to it once again." (Refering to a song)

Yes, your sentence is grammatical, but the personal pronoun "I" should always be capitalized.
By the way, what does your sentence mean? Can you explain it to us?
 
Not a native, but to me, it would sound way more natural to say, 'I often listen to it.'
 
Do you mean a moment in your life or a moment in the song?
 
Songs are like that. If you like a song you want to listen to it more than once. You might even want to learn the lyrics.
