I have read an article: https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-59206685
Which tense I should use if I want to describe an article?

Present Simple:
They write Poland fears major breach by migrants on Belarus border.

Present Continuous:
They are writing Poland fears major breach by migrants on Belarus border.

Never the continuous. Past simple would be the most common. They wrote. Or "they have written."

I have changed the thread title. Mrwroc, your actual question should appear only in the main body of your post, not in the title. Your title should include some/all of the words/phrases/sentences you are asking us to look at.

@emsr2d2 OK, but you haven't corrected my mistakes in the first post, I am disappointed, really. :)

@ This isn't Twitter. Don't @ people.

emsr2d2, OK, but you haven't corrected my mistakes in the first post. I am disappointed.

:) Don't try to make your own emoticons. If you really must use one, click on the :) icon in the toolbar and choose one.

If I'd had anything to add to SoothingDave's response, I'd have done so.

Note my punctuation corrections and my comments above.

Or simply skip They write and focus on the issue.
