1. This feels nice to me.
2. This feels nice for me.
3. This feels gross to me.
4. This feels gross for me.

What is the difference between to or for? Are both correct?

I'd normally expect "to". In fact you could just stop after "nice" or "gross".

What's the context in which you're imagining saying this? Are you talking about a piece of clothing, or a plan of action, or a situation?

Yes a product / item. Can I also use for?

Can “is” be used instead of “feels”?

Yes, and you don't need "to me" or "for me".

Please take careful note of Barque's multiple attempts to tell you that you don't need "to me" or "for me" in any of them. You're clearly giving your opinion so adding those words is tautologous. It's similar to the irritatingly common "Personally, I think ...". That should simply be "I think".

Why don't you tell us what the product or item is?

Is it a shirt?
A new brand of cologne?
A new mattress?
Some food?

Even though it is not needed, my question was, would it make sense / would it still be correct if it were added?

Thanks

It'd make sense and be grammatical but it'd sound odd. That's why I've been advising you against it. Don't you think there was a reason I suggested that you avoid it?
