Can someone please take a look at these sentences:

My itinerary goes like this - From April 14th to April 30th, I'll be traveling between three cities: X, Y, and Z, as these three cities are where I've been doing business, and the cool part is that it takes only 45 minutes by bullet train to travel from X to Y, and Z is in between those/these two cities.

I presume that Batman45 is known to you if s/he is using a computer in your house.
 
Please note that a better title would have been Between those/these two cities.

As before, your threads with inadequate titles will be deleted.

Please make sure Batman knows this, too.
 
In answer to your question,both forms are OK to me.
