What is meant by "throw a flank steak" in this context:

A:she’s always been offbeat, but now she’s just off.
B:May be it’s menopause.
A: No way. There’s been no weeping, sweating or throwing a flank steak.

I don't know if it menat literally, but I would expect "throw up" I don't know.

None that I know of. It's a piece of uncooked meat, so it sounds like something you would throw only if you got very angry.
