[Grammar] Tim, you are the last person I would expected a proposal of this kind

Are the following sentences grammatically correct?


After the proposal of the principal to the teacher, she reacted immediately.


-"Tim, you are the last person I would expected a proposal of this kind. I am deeply disappointed of you.", she said.

-"Kelly, I did not, I really not, I…", Tim tried to reply.


After the attempt to answer, Kelly began to laugh.

-"Tim, ake it easy, it was a joke. I really appreciate this opportunity. Please give me some time to think about it."

-"Of course, no problem."

The first sentence is okay. For the second sentence, try:

"Tim, you are the last person in the world I would have expected a proposal of that kind from. I am deeply disappointed in you," she said.

Next paragraph. Perhaps:

"Kelly, I did not, I did not, I really did not -- ," Tim stuttered.

And:

"Kelly laughed."

What is left are two comma splices and one typo.
