Hello.
I am not a teacher.
I am authorizing someone, suppose Jack, to give a document to someone on my behalf,and get it stamped for example,and collect it.
which introductory/authorization sentence is correct.

1-I hereby authorize Jack to deliver and collect the document TO and FROM you.
2-I hereby authorize Jack to deliver the document TO you and collect it FROM you.

Can the first "you" be omitted in the second sentence?
