Can I say:

"I had arranged for a harmonium to be taken here, I had it delivered to the Church yesterday"
Is the use of arrange right?

Is the use of arrange right?

"Arrange" is OK, but I would use either "taken there" or "brought here". "Taken" and "here" rarely fit well together due to the implied direction of travel.
