It makes no sense at all.
"As you can see, if you're here normally with me, I have a slightly different background. I am on an adventure".
I have no idea what she's referring to when she says "As you can see" since we can't actually see that she's on an adventure. She appears to simply be sitting in front of an orange curtain, swatting at an invisible fly above her head. That's not very adventurous. As far as I can tell, by "if you're normally here with me", she means "If you're a regular visitor to this site/If you're a frequent viewer of my videos". It has nothing to do with the rest of the sentence, though.
