Somebody is being accused. What would be the correct sentence?

If you want to use "for" in the sentence, you will have to follow it with what it is for which they are blameless.

You are not to blame.
You are not to blame for the problems in our marriage.

I got the sentence from a song, and I believe the complement after 'for' is not use for it's implied.

Don't use song lyrics to help you with English grammar. The lyrics are written so that they fit the rhythm and the rhyme - the writers don't consider how grammatical or otherwise they are.

In my opinion, "Bittersweet Distractions" is the object of the preposition "for".
