Hi,
Suppose that a teacher is teaching colors to his little students.

"Find me me the red color in the class."
"Find the color for me in the class."

I don't know how to use the word "find" here.

1. Find someone something
2. Find something for someone

Are both constructions acceptable?

The original sentences don't work as they stand for me. I'd use Tzfujimino's sentences plus in the classroom rather than class.

Suppose that I teach colors to the students:

"Find me me the red color in the classroom."
"Find the color red for me in the classroom."

What's wrong with these?
 
What you want to find is something red rather than the colour red because the colour must be on something.
 
Suppose that there are many objects in the classroom with different colors. i. e. a red chair, a green bin, a white board, a brown window, etc.

What changes should I make in the below sentences in order to use them in the classroom while teaching colors?

"Find me me the red color in the classroom."
"Find the color red for me in the classroom."
 
'Look around you and show me something red.'

'Point to something red.'

'Go and touch something red.'

Find (me) something red in the classroom.

However, I agree that there are more natural verbs for the context.

I know that it's better to say "Show me red." or "Point to red."

That's a picture of balls arranged like billiard balls before the break, so you could say "Find the red ball". But if it were just abstract shapes, you could say "Find the red area" or "Find the red shape." The idea is to use a noun modified by the adjective ​red.
 
I wonder why "Find the red color for me." Doesn't work.:-?

Are these acceptable or not?
 
In a fast-moving game, they would be OK.
