Have a guess first. The following might help:
Some of your questions sound a bit rude because you don't understand this yet, so you are doing the right thing learning it.
Imperatives like "Explain this to me" and in another post “Draw timelines to explain the difference” do sound rude because they sound like orders.
Perhaps you could look at how some of the other posters ask questions, and then have a go at answering your own question.

A: The person has offered you something. When you decline an offer, you express thanks and/or regret that you cannot accept the offer.

B: Both people are rude here. Does the student order the teacher to do something where you are? They don't here. They teacher could give permission for the student to do it.

Please pay attention to capital letters. They are important.

You don't have to write "please answer me." The volunteers who come here answer people.

OK Tanzilla, it would seem to me that you already know that the exchanges are rude and why they are rude. How about rewriting the exchanges in a more polite manner and let us take a look. I would also say that your terse, "Please answer me" could be taken as a slightly rude request considering the previous responses to your post.

in this sentence you should say the reason.

Not a teacher!

I am not a native speaker, but even I can see that the examples given by the thread starter show a certain degree of rudeness.

I personally don't mind if somebody asks for help with their homework. It is always a chance to test my own knowledge, but I prefer to see that they have made a serious attempt to find a solution themselves before I offer my help.
