What does it mena "to score her digits?"

That expression means to impress someone.

I've double checked it. It's from "COSMOPOLITAN". Same meaning?

I agree. To "score" is a slang term meaning to get something. "Digits" is not slang however. Digits are the individual number symbols: 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and 9.

I had not heard the phrase "score her digits" before but it wasn't hard to guess the meaning. Google tells me it is not very common, but it is not unique to that example - other people have used it too.
