I know it is correct to say 'It is hot/sunny today.'
Is it natural to say 'Today is hot/sunny'?

You can say:

It is hot today.
It is sunny today.
It is hot and sunny today.
Today is hot.
Today is sunny.
Today is hot and sunny.
Today, it's hot.
Today, it's sunny.
Today, it's hot and sunny.

You can't say:

It is hot/sunny today.
Today it is hot/sunny.

You can't "speak" a slash (/) so the sentence would come out as "It is hot sunny today" which is not grammatical.

I'm sorry I was sort of lazy- I meant to ask if saying 'Today is hot' and 'Today is sunny' were natural.
