I would like to ask if we can use 'too more' in any sentence or not.

-There are too more cars in the street than I expected.

But if you start it with that, you can't end it with "than I expected".

There are many cars in the street.
There are too many cars in the street. (Some extra context would be needed to explain why it's "too many". Too many for what?)
There are more cars in the street than I expected.
There are many more cars in the street than I expected.

We have no way of knowing which one you mean.

Did you mean, "two more"? :roll: (Unfortunately, this seems to be relatively common, just like they're/there, you're/your, etc. :-| )
