Kindly tell me which type of adjective does the following sentence contain?

He was absent last week?

There are two adjectives i.e. 1- Absent 2- Last

"He was absent last week" should not have a question mark at the end.

What do you mean by "Which type of adjective"?

It could be a question.

It could, that's true but without context, I will always assume that a statement where I can't know if the voice was raised in a question tone at the end, is a statement.
