[Grammar] Use of between

Hi,


I would like to know if this is correct, as I hear many people say this:

"between 1:00 pm TO 5:00 pm"


I have always used "between 1:00 pm AND 5:00 pm".


Thank you for your help.
 
It's 'from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm' or 'between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm'
