I have some doubts concerning reported questions. The direct question was:
"Have you had your dinner yet?", she is asking her son.
Will you, please, help me decide which one is correct:
a) She is asking her son if he has had his dinner yet.
or
b) She is asking her son if he has already had his dinner.
