Hi, I'd like to know if these sentences I have formed gramattically correct.

1- If Bill Gates hadn’t been in the right place at the right time, he wouldn’t have been the richest man in the world now.
2- If he offered to pay $ 50.000 for my house, I would accept and bought another one.
3- If the island were still a tourist attraction, yesterday’s earthquake would cause far more deaths.

Best regards.

Your use of "if" is correct in each sentence but there is an error elsewhere in each one.

Could you write their correct form?
