I wrote this sentence:
"Don't know if it was written intentionally. But I came across a piece of writing from a reputed source, where "antisocial" iwa written where "unsocial" would be appropriate."
Is it ok to write two "where" in this sentence? Does this sentence making any sense?

It makes sense. The first "where" could easily be changed to "in which".

"I don't know if it was written intentionally, but I came across a piece of writing from a reputable source, in which "antisocial" was written where "unsocial" would have been more appropriate."

'Does this sentence making any sense?' should be 'Does this sentence make any sense?'

In addition to Mike's suggestion: 'Is it OK to write two "wheres" in this sentence?' you could say 'Is it OK to write "where" twice in this sentence?'

I like your "where" suggestion better than mine. :-D
